Front Office All-Rounder

We’re looking for a Casual Front Office All-Rounder to join our team, working across Front Office and Food & Beverage. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be part of the full guest journey, from welcoming guests at reception to supporting our restaurant and bar.

You’ll suit this role if you enjoy variety, connecting with people and being part of a team where everyone plays an important role in delivering a great guest experience.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver warm and personalised check-in and check-out experiences.
• Assist guests with enquiries, requests, payments and hotel services.
• Support restaurant and bar operations with attentive, friendly service.
• Assist with events, functions and dining experiences across the hotel.
• Share your knowledge of the hotel and local area with guests.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism.
• Support wider hotel operations, including phones, emails and occasional porter duties.

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, flexibility and a genuine passion for hospitality. You’ll enjoy working across different areas of the hotel and take pride in creating memorable guest experiences.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in Front Office, Food & Beverage or a similar hospitality role.
• A genuine passion for delivering personalised guest service.
• Confident communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• A flexible, team-focused approach and willingness to support across the hotel.
• Availability to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with Opera Cloud or similar hotel systems is advantageous.
• Current RSA certification or willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
