The Role

As a White Collar Recruitment Consultant, you will manage a warm portfolio of existing clients while also driving new business opportunities across professional and technical sectors. You'll be responsible for sourcing high-calibre candidates, managing the full recruitment cycle, and delivering a first-class service to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a warm white-collar recruitment desk
• Develop new client relationships through targeted business development
• Source, screen and interview candidates across professional and technical roles
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job qualification to placement
• Build strong, long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
• Maintain accurate records, compliance and documentation
• Work closely with internal teams to support wider business goals
• Attend client meetings, site visits and industry events where required
• Deliver consistent results against monthly and quarterly targets
• Provide market insight, salary benchmarking and recruitment advice to clients

Requirements

You'll be an experienced recruiter with a passion for delivering quality and building lasting relationships. All recruitment backgrounds will be considered, but experience within construction, engineering or technical recruitment is highly desirable.

• Proven recruitment experience (any sector)
• Strong business development skills
• Ability to manage a warm desk and grow it further
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confident sourcing, interviewing and candidate management
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Target-driven with a proactive, positive attitude

Desirable

• Experience recruiting white-collar roles (e.g., site management, commercial, technical, design, engineering)
• Knowledge of the construction or built environment sectors
• Experience working within a fast-paced, KPI-driven recruitment setting
