Job description

Job Title: QA Manual & Automation Tester
Location: Oaks, PA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Duration: Long-Term
Requirement: Local candidates only; in-person interview.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of Manual and Automation Testing experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, and Python.
  • Advanced SQL/T-SQL skills for complex queries and data validation.
  • 5+ years of API and Web Services testing (manual and automation).
  • Strong ETL, data migration, data reconciliation, and data quality testing experience.
  • Experience in UI, backend, and database testing.
  • Strong Python scripting for test automation and data validation.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have:

  • Playwright, JIRA, and Mobile Testing experience.
  • Finance domain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute manual, automation, API, functional, and regression tests.
  • Perform ETL, data migration, and source-to-target validation.
  • Develop test scenarios, test scripts, and test data.
  • Identify, document, troubleshoot, and track defects.
  • Collaborate with Developers, BAs, Data Analysts, and Architects.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, requirement reviews, and defect triage.
  • Perform root cause analysis and ensure quality deliverables.
