Senior Salesforce Engineer – Contract

Location: Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX — Locals Only

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Engineer with strong hands-on development and enterprise architecture experience.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of Salesforce experience
• Strong Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, Platform Events & Async Apex
• Enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP, Middleware & Event-Driven Architecture
• Strong knowledge of Governor Limits, Security/Sharing, Performance & Large Data
• Experience with solution design, code reviews, debugging & RCA
• Strong production support and enterprise engineering experience
• Ability to challenge requirements and design scalable solutions
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving engineering standards

Preferred:

• Salesforce Data Cloud
• Agentforce / Einstein AI
• CRM Analytics / AI workflows
• Identity Resolution & Unified Customer Profiles
• Near real-time/Event-Driven Architecture
• Hyperforce / Salesforce modernization
• Salesforce Platform Developer I/II

Not Looking For: Admin-heavy profiles, configuration-only resources, or candidates without strong hands-on engineering and API/architecture experience.
