User Acceptance Testing Analyst

Business Acceptance Tester (BAT/UAT)

Location: Raleigh, NC or San Jose, CA

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Acceptance Tester to support testing activities across enterprise applications, with a focus on Oracle R12 and Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and business testing experience, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on Functional, Business Acceptance Testing (BAT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Analyze business requirements and develop detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Execute BAT activities and support business users throughout UAT.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and end users to understand end-to-end business processes and workflows.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, scrum meetings, and regular project updates.
• Drive testing delivery and execution across distributed, multi-vendor teams.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure testing milestones are met.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Functional Testing, BAT, and UAT.
• Technical and functional knowledge of Oracle R12, particularly:
• Oracle Order Management
• Oracle Inventory
• Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM)
• Oracle Finance modules
• Experience with Supply Chain or Service Contract Management.
• Basic knowledge of PL/SQL.
• Experience working in Agile project environments and familiarity with Agile principles and ceremonies.
• Experience working with dual-shore and multi-vendor delivery teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to independently drive testing activities and delivery.
