Job Description:-

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead architecture, innovation, and platform transformation initiatives across AI, Automation, BPM, or Low-Code/No-Code ecosystems.

This role will serve as a key technology leader responsible for defining enterprise architecture strategies, driving AI-enabled modernization programs, and shaping the future of Agentic Business Automation. The architect will bridge traditional workflow and BPM solutions with emerging AI-native and multi-agent architectures, helping clients accelerate business outcomes through intelligent automation.

The role requires deep expertise across large-scale enterprise systems, cloud-native architectures, workflow orchestration platforms, AI technologies, and digital transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define architecture and modernization strategies across BPM, workflow automation, AI, and enterprise integration domains.
• Design enterprise-grade solutions combining BPM workflows with Agentic AI and intelligent decisioning capabilities.
• Build reusable frameworks, accelerators, reference architectures, and governance standards for enterprise adoption.
• Drive innovation initiatives around Agentic AI, workflow orchestration, AI-assisted engineering, and intelligent automation.
• Support strategic pursuits, solution shaping, architecture assessments, and executive client workshops.
• Mentor architects and engineers while fostering engineering excellence and innovation.
• Remain actively involved in architecture reviews, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and technical problem solving.
