Senior Product Manager

Pay Range: $70 - $74/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies to improve business performance and operational efficiency.
• Develop data- and AI-driven initiatives to enhance service operations and customer experience.
• Drive the adoption of AI and automation across analytics, reporting, and planning processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Own executive-level reporting and planning models, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strategic relevance.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Present analytical findings, strategic recommendations, and business impact to senior leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and strengthen operational effectiveness.
• Maintain high standards of work quality, data accuracy, and ethical practices.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, business strategy, business analysis, or operational planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with the ability to translate raw performance data into actionable insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, including the ability to develop polished, executive-level presentations.
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement, process documentation, and workflow execution.
• Experience managing relationships with external partners or vendors supporting critical business operations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed teams.
• A proactive, action-oriented approach with a strong sense of urgency in resolving business and customer-impacting issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot to automate workflows and improve analytical processes is strongly preferred.
