The Role • Prospect and sell services to new and existing commercial customers, identifying needs and recommending solutions. • Conduct property inspections to assess pest issues and develop strategic service plans. • Build trusted relationships with clients by acting as an empathetic problem solver. • Utilize provided tools and technology, including an iPad for sales agreements. • Achieve sales goals through proactive business development and lead follow-up. • Uphold company values in all interactions, prioritizing safety and integrity. What You'll Need • Strong communication and customer relationship management skills are essential. • A valid driver’s license is required. • Ability to obtain a pesticide license/certification (company-sponsored). • Willingness to work in diverse environments and conditions, including confined spaces. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Sales or prospecting experience is preferred.
