Industrial Maintenance Technician I-V (3rd Shift)

Technician Level 3 Responsibilities
Pay Rate: $29.25/hour ($31.75/hour for 2nd or 3rd shift)

• Work with minimal supervision
• Identify, schedule, and support process improvements and group activities
• Use independent judgment regularly
• Perform moderately complex troubleshooting and equipment repairs
• Mentor and assist lower-level technicians as needed

Technician Level 3 Requirements

• Ability to independently diagnose and repair moderately complex issues
• Apply troubleshooting and repair knowledge with minimal guidance
• Demonstrate strong understanding of department processes
• Consistent and acceptable job performance
• Minimum of 3 years of technical experience or equivalent training/education

Working Conditions

• General office environment: approximately 1 hour per day
• Manufacturing environment: approximately 7 hours per day
• Overnight travel may occasionally be required for training
• Overtime, including unplanned or unscheduled hours, may be required to meet operational demands

Hazards & Physical Requirements

• Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts
• Moderate noise levels; hearing protection required in designated areas
• Exposure to equipment, conveyors, electrical systems, and chemicals
• Approximately 2 hours per day bending and physical movement required
