BMS Service Engineer

BMS Shift Engineer - Kings Cross, London - Up to £48,000 Are you an experienced BMS engineer looking for a new role? Would you like to work on a static site? CBW has a new opportunity for an experienced BMS Shift Engineer to join a leading FM company on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for the service & maintenance of BMS components and equipment, including sensors, controllers, actuators, and software systems. This role is based in Kings Cross on a large site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £48,000, overtime, further training and a route into further career progression.

responsibilities:

Carry out maintenance checks on Trend, Tridium and Distech BMS’s on site.<br />Provide technical assistance and support to clients regarding their BMS systems.<br />Identify opportunities for improvement/remedial works to improve the performance of the BMS’s for our clients.<br />Prepare proposals and quoting of works as required.Requirements: City &amp; Guild / BTec / NVQ Electrical.<br />Extensive knowledge &amp; experience of BMS / HVAC.<br />Minimum of 1-2 years experience with BMS systems<br />Knowledge &amp; experience with either Trend, Tridium Controls/Niagara/Distech/Siemens (not all are required as training will be provided)<br />Ability to read and interpret Electrical &amp; Mechanical schematic diagrams.<br />Understanding of IT networks.<br />Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.<br />Full UK driving licence.<br />Controls training/experience.<br />Experience with fault finding in electrical panels.<br />Report writing skills.If you are interested in this position, please send your CV to Archie Reed of CBW Staffing Solutions for more information
