The Role

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for critical corporate positions, handling complex searches.
• Mentor and guide a team of recruiters, fostering their professional development.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber active and passive candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent needs and recruitment plans.
• Screen applications and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability and align with organizational requirements.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in recruiting and sourcing top talent.
• Proven ability to navigate recruitment challenges with a positive and driven attitude.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in leading or mentoring junior recruiters is a plus.
