The Role

• Ensure an exceptional shopping experience and high customer satisfaction.

• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team, including training future talent.
• Oversee all operational tasks within the sales and storage areas in collaboration with the team.
• Manage incoming goods, merchandise the sales floor, and maintain product freshness and expiry dates.

What You'll Need

• Proven ability to lead a store to success.
• Completed vocational training in retail, with relevant professional experience being a plus.
• Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of customer interaction.
• Strong leadership, communication, flexibility, and team spirit.
• Eagerness to contribute diligently and proactively to all store operations.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
