Sr Business Analyst

What You Will Be Doing

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Guide conversations toward decisions, clear requirements, and actionable outcomes.
• Capture and manage user stories using Avio or ADIO.
• Learn new business processes and technical concepts quickly to support analysis.
• Use AI tools in daily work and collaborate with teams to identify practical efficiencies.
• Support fraud-related applications and logistics workflows, as needed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and articulation skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to guide conversations toward clear outcomes and communicate information quickly and effectively.
• Fast learner who can ramp up on new business and technical subject matter.
• Hands-on experience using Avio or ADIO to capture and manage user stories; tool familiarity is sufficient, and deep configuration experience is not required.
• Active use of AI tools in day-to-day work, with an ability to collaborate on identifying useful AI-driven efficiencies.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience supporting fraud-related applications, highly preferred.
• Exposure to logistics workflows, such as packing, shipment tracking, or related operations.
• Experience identifying opportunities to improve business processes through AI tools.
