The Role

• Ensure proper reprocessing of medical devices: cleaning, disinfection, inspection, packaging, and sterilization according to standards.
• Operate and monitor cleaning machines and sterilizers following guidelines.
• Assemble instrument sets accurately based on pack lists and package them appropriately.
• Maintain meticulous records of sterilization processes and device traceability.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols within the sterilization unit.

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of the I or II professional training course for Sterilization Assistants.
• Reliable, thorough, and careful work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good German language skills (minimum B2 level).
• Basic proficiency with computer systems.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
