Job Description

Job Title: Process Specialist – Reverse Logistics Helpdesk & Order ManagementLocation: Irving, TX (Hybrid)Employment Type: 12-Month ContractShift Options (CST): 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday. Job DescriptionAvanciers looking for a Process Specialist to provide Level 1 helpdesk support for reverse logistics and order management operations. The ideal candidate should have experience handling customer requests, maintaining orders, managing returns, and working across multiple business systems.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 triage and support for reverse logistics helpdesk requests.
  • Support spares management, order maintenance, and system transactions.
  • Assist customers with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests and issue resolution.
  • Follow up on defective product returns and provide general operational support.
  • Provide call center support during business hours.
  • Create FAQs, training materials, and end-user documentation.
  • Conduct information sessions and provide guidance to business users.
Required Skills
  • Experience in order management, helpdesk support, customer service, or reverse logistics.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and multiple business systems.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and prioritization.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and focused on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and follow client policies.
