The Role • Perform vehicle glass replacement and repair, including calibration of driver assistance systems. • Act as a Branch Manager, overseeing technical aspects, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing daily operations. • Provide excellent customer service from order intake to vehicle handover. • Handle invoicing, customer funds, and manage incoming orders. • Conduct quality assurance, manage inventory, and ensure audit compliance. What You'll Need • Completed vocational training in a trade, with experience as a master mechanic, mechatronics technician, mechanic, or body shop technician. • Willingness to undergo certification as a Branch Manager, or already possess this qualification. • Hold a valid Class B driver's license. • Strong customer service and communication skills. • Proficiency in administrative tasks and PC usage. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
