REQUIRED SKILLS

   5+ years of Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Enterprise Infrastructure Automation experience.

  Strong experience with Windows Server administration, engineering, and architecture.

  Expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA, DRS, and vMotion.

  Experience with Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI) and Nutanix AHV environments.

  Experience designing large-scale enterprise compute platforms supporting hundreds or thousands of virtual machines.

  Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience using Terraform Enterprise, Ansible, Bicep, or similar tools.

  Hands-on automation experience using PowerShell, Ansible, REST APIs, and Git-based workflows.

  Experience designing and implementing automated provisioning, configuration management, and lifecycle management solutions.

  Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, IAM, and enterprise identity integrations.

  Experience with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure Automation, and Platform Engineering practices.

  Experience with cloud and hybrid-cloud architectures across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.

  Strong experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, and high availability.

  Experience in infrastructure modernization, migration, platform refreshes, and architecture reviews.

  Strong collaboration with networking, storage, security, Linux, cloud, and application teams.
