Job Description

Project & Team Coordinator

Central London, Hybrid

£38,000-£45,000 p.a.


A vibrant engineering practice is looking for an organised Project and Team Coordinator to join their growing team and be the ‘glue’ of the office.


The role involves supporting Directors and project teams with diary management, meetings, presentations and general administration, while leading document control processes through online portals and EDMS platforms (Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint, BIM360).


This is a varied position which combines team coordination, administrative support, and overall responsibility for document control across a range of high-profile projects.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in project and information management or team coordination within engineering, architecture or the built environment. Strong organisational skills, proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with document management systems are essential.
