Job location: San Jose CA - Hybrid role (3 days+)

Rate on W2/C2H: $70/Hr. (Little flexible)

Visa Type: All Independent Visa
Experience required: 12+ Years

Must-have: SAP Finance, P2P/Procurement, Coupa, SAP-Coupa integration and Solution Architecture.

Preferred: Coupa CCW, CLM, Docusign and BlackLine.

Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance & Coupa Solution Architect to provide end-to-end solution architecture leadership across SAP Finance, Coupa, contract lifecycle management, and related enterprise platforms.
• The ideal candidate will combine strong solution architecture capabilities with functional and technical knowledge across SAP Finance and procurement processes. This individual will be responsible for developing solution designs, reviewing architectures, evaluating cross-system impacts, and driving solutions through enterprise architecture governance and Architecture Review Board (ARB) approval.
• The role will support key transformation initiatives, including the expansion of business capabilities from a predominantly B2C environment to B2B, requiring an understanding of impacts across ERP and surrounding OSS/BSS systems.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience as an SAP Finance / Enterprise Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep functional and technical understanding of SAP Finance, including AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, Procurement, and P2P.
• Strong understanding of Coupa architecture, procurement processes, and SAP-Coupa integration.
• Experience designing solutions spanning multiple enterprise applications and integration points.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, integration architecture, solution design, and architecture governance.
• Experience developing architecture artifacts and presenting solutions through formal architecture review/governance processes.
• Ability to evaluate business requirements and determine impacts across ERP and connected enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance and procurement business processes.
• Ability to operate effectively across both functional and technical teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex architecture decisions to both technical and business audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Coupa CCW / Contingent Workforce Management.
• Experience with SAP CLM / Contract Lifecycle Management.
• Experience with DocuSign and contract lifecycle integrations.
• Experience integrating BlackLine with SAP Finance.
• Experience supporting large-scale B2B transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with ERP environments integrated with OSS/BSS platforms.
• Experience in telecommunications or similarly complex enterprise environments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• The successful candidate will be an architect first, with a strong foundation across SAP Finance and Coupa and the ability to understand both the functional business process and the underlying technical architecture.
• The individual should be comfortable taking ownership of a solution from business requirement architecture/design cross-system impact assessment architecture review/approval implementation oversight.
• Direct experience with every individual platform is not required; however, candidates must demonstrate strong architecture fundamentals, solid SAP Finance and Coupa knowledge, and the ability to quickly understand new applications and business processes.
