Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Integrations, Reporting & Technical Lead to support the implementation and ongoing optimization of Workday Finance, HCM, and Payroll. This role will lead Workday integrations, advanced reporting, data governance, security, technical design, testing, and production support while partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of advanced Workday experience with strong expertise in Integrations and Reporting.
  • 5+ years of Workday Studio experience, with at least 10 Studio integrations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, BIRT, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, RaaS, ISU, ISSG, APIs, XML/XSLT, SOAP, and REST.
  • 3+ years of Workday Prism Analytics experience.
  • 3+ years of Workday Security experience, particularly security related to reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Finance, HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Time Tracking, and Absence.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday business objects, data structures, reporting, integrations, and data governance.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, business analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and technical project management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Government Workday and/or Oracle implementation experience is highly preferred.
  • Architect, design, develop, test, and maintain Workday inbound/outbound integrations across Finance, HCM, Payroll, and related systems.
  • Develop and maintain Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, RaaS, BIRT, XML/XSLT, SOAP, and REST integrations.
  • Design and deliver advanced Workday reports, dashboards, calculated fields, composite reports, worksheets, and Prism Analytics solutions.
  • Lead data governance, data quality, reporting standards, security, and privacy initiatives.
