Job Description

AI Platform Administrator Location: Austin, TX (ONSITE - candidates must already reside in the Austin area)
Contract Duration: 12 months

We are seeking an AI Platform Administrator to support administration and Level 3 technical support for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI and collaboration platforms within a large organization's IT environment. This role covers platform administration, advanced troubleshooting, governance participation, integrations, and service analytics.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience supporting Microsoft 365 in a large enterprise environment, including advanced administration, engineering, or Level 3 support
  • At least 2 years hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud automation, Copilot/AI services, Power Platform, or enterprise system integrations
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Entra ID, and Power Platform
  • Experience troubleshooting identity, permissions, data access, Microsoft Graph grounding, and cloud service integration issues
  • Experience with API-based integrations, connectors, and enterprise data connectivity
  • Experience with ITIL-based service management practices
  • Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administration experience
  • Copilot Studio or AI Agent experience
  • Microsoft Graph integration experience
  • Power Platform administration experience
  • Experience with Copilot credit allocation, monitoring, and usage controls
  • ITIL certification
  • Microsoft Copilot, AI, or relevant Microsoft certifications
  • Experience with Azure AI Foundry

Responsibilities:
Platform Administration

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, and related AI services
  • Manage licensing, configuration, service health, feature enablement, and credit allocations/monitoring
  • Evaluate and implement new Copilot capabilities and releases
  • Maintain service documentation, standards, and operational procedures

Level 3 Technical Support

  • Serve as senior escalation point for complex Copilot and AI platform incidents
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft Graph grounding, SharePoint and Teams integrations, permissions, agents, connectors, and data access issues
  • Manage Microsoft support escalations and root cause analysis
  • Provide advanced solutioning for Copilot agent and AI use case enablement

Governance & Service Management

  • Participate in AI governance, capability reviews, and release readiness assessments
  • Support capability intake, pilot programs, production releases, and lifecycle management
  • Identify operational risks, dependencies, and support requirements

Identity & Integration Support

  • Partner with IAM, Security, and Architecture teams on access controls and AI integrations
  • Support connectivity across Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio
  • Validate connector configurations and enterprise integrations

Service Analytics & Adoption

  • Monitor service performance, adoption, utilization, and credit consumption
  • Support executive reporting and AI value realization efforts
  • Develop and maintain operational dashboards and service health reporting
