Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud to design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, CRM solutions, system integrations, and enterprise-level implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, with a primary focus on Service Cloud.

• Define Salesforce architecture, technical standards, integration patterns, and best practices.

• Lead Salesforce Service Cloud implementations, enhancements, and customizations.

• Design solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.

• Configure Service Cloud features, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Management, and Service Console.

• Integrate Salesforce with external applications and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, administrators, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

• Conduct technical reviews, guide development teams, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support deployment activities.

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect or Technical Architect.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and CRM solutions.

• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.

• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise system integrations.

• Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing models, governor limits, and performance optimization.

• Experience with Salesforce data modeling, deployment strategies, and release management.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect.

• Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification.

• Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.

• Knowledge of Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and DevOps tools.

• Experience leading technical teams and providing architectural guidance.
