Role Overview

Seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Core HCM Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in implementation, configuration, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
  • Configure and support Oracle Core HCM modules and business processes.
  • Support workforce structures, employee lifecycle, security, and HCM transactions.
  • Participate in SIT/UAT, data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support Oracle Cloud quarterly updates.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and technical teams.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion/Cloud Core HCM experience.
  • Experience with implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Knowledge of Workforce Structures, Person Management, Employment, and HCM Security.
  • Experience with HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher is a plus.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
