Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform ServiceNow configuration and development based on project and business requirements.
• Work closely with a team of functional analysts to translate functional requirements into ServiceNow configurations.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow functionality using JavaScript, HTML, Angular, and Bootstrap.
• Support configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure ServiceNow solutions meet project requirements.

Expected Deliverables

• Completed ServiceNow configurations aligned with functional and technical requirements.
• Configured and customized ServiceNow components ready for testing and deployment.
• Supporting technical/configuration documentation as required.

Education Requirements
