We're hiring on behalf of a leading specialist provider of education and care for children and young people with special educational needs. The Role

• Support young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the children's home and maintain high standards of care.
• Provide leadership and support to the staff team.
• Step up to deputise for Registered and Deputy Managers when required.
• Build positive relationships with young people, understanding their individual needs.
• Inspire colleagues through compassionate, resilient, and supportive leadership.

What You'll Need

• A 'can-do' attitude and a willingness to be a team player.
• Honesty, empathy, and a genuine care for young people and colleagues.
• Resilience to effectively manage challenging situations.
• A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential Care.
• An enhanced DBS check (employer will cover the cost).
