We are looking for a Senior iOS + Node.js Engineer with strong healthcare domain experience.

🔹 8+ years of iOS development experience
🔹 Strong Swift & Objective-C
🔹 6+ years of Node.js with TypeScript/JavaScript
🔹 Healthcare experience: HIPAA, HL7/FHIR, EHR/EMR, Telemedicine
🔹 Experience with Couchbase/MongoDB and Apache Kafka
🔹 Google Cloud Platform, Anthos, Docker & Kubernetes
🔹 Strong API development and system integration experience
