The Role

• Oversee and lead complex psychotherapeutic treatments with chief physician responsibility for assigned patients.
• Manage diagnostic and therapeutic processes at a high professional level, ensuring guideline-based care.
• Lead and mentor your multidisciplinary team with appreciation and a goal-oriented approach, fostering constructive interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Provide competent supervision to trainees, supporting their professional and personal development.

What You'll Need

• Specialist physician certification in Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy and/or Psychiatry and Psychotherapy.
• Proven experience in treatment leadership and chief physician responsibilities within multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
• An empathetic and appreciative demeanor, initiative, and open communication style.
