As a Client Advisor with Venus ET Fleur, we'll encourage you to take extra time to understand our customer's needs and provide an extraordinarily one of a kind, customer service experience. Essentially, you'll be helping us build strong relationships with our customers, while growing your career. We are looking for an experienced and responsible client advisors to join our team!

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
~ Proficient in verbal and written English language
~ Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
~ Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
~ Telephone etiquette
~ Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
~ Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
~ Customer service focus
~ Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
~ High school diploma or equivalent; Must have availability to work 4 rotating shifts per week, including weekends. reporting to work on time and available rotating retail schedule
Full open availability on the weekend, plus two days during the week.

At least 2-3 year of luxury retail experience
