The Role

• Actively participate in central patient management, supporting organizational and administrative processes.
• Manage the billing of inpatient services according to DRG, PEPP, and rehabilitation guidelines.
• Provide support to decentralized patient management areas across the organization.
• Ensure smooth collaboration and efficient workflows within the patient management department.

What You'll Need

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (kaufmännische Ausbildung).
• Ideally, knowledge of clinic systems such as Orbis, Medico, and SAP.
• Preferably, experience in inpatient billing.
• High commitment, responsibility, flexibility, and resilience.
• Proactive, structured work style with the ability to maintain an overview in demanding situations.
• Professional and service-oriented approach to interacting with various stakeholders.
