The Role • Assist store management with daily store operations and achieving sales goals. • Support the training and development of a successful sales team. • Enforce company policies and provide coaching to employees. • Supervise store operations and loss prevention in management's absence. • Deliver a fun, full-service customer experience and resolve customer issues. • Ensure all assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed promptly.
