About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our growing team. This is a fully remote opportunity for candidates based in the United States who are passionate about building scalable, high-quality software solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver new features.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
• Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decision-making when applicable.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or Go.
• Experience with modern software development practices, including Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience working with APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience leading projects or mentoring team members.
• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
