Sales Supervisor
Lead private consultations and introduce clients to customized treatment paths
Achieve daily sales goals of $3,500+ through strategic, relationship-based selling
Use CRM systems to manage client details, follow-ups, and results
Sales Manager
Support and manage a small sales team focused on high-value client engagement
Compensation Structure
Commission: 4%–10% based on sales outcomes
Clients are pre-booked — no cold calling or walk-ins
Sales experience in spa, luxury retail, wellness, or aesthetics
Organized and tech-savvy, especially with CRM tools
