We are an internationally recognized specialist clinic with a strong focus on pediatric medicine, particularly in the treatment and rehabilitation of children with neurological and orthopedic conditions. We are expanding our expertise by establishing a new operative focus within our pediatric orthopedics department and are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead this initiative.

The Role

• Assume overall medical, organizational, and strategic responsibility for the pediatric orthopedics department, with a focus on building and advancing operative care.
• Perform specialized surgical treatment for congenital and acquired musculoskeletal disorders in children and adolescents.
• Develop an integrated treatment concept encompassing acute care, surgery, and rehabilitation.
• Lead, develop, and expand a high-performing interdisciplinary team.
• Collaborate closely with neurosurgery, neuropediatrics, pediatric rehabilitation, anesthesia, intensive care, and radiology.
• Represent the center internally and externally to referring physicians, professional societies, and network partners.
