We’re looking for a curious, thoughtful and collaborative strategy professional who can bring structure to complex questions and work effectively across a diverse organisation. You’ll bring:

  • At least five years’ experience in strategy consulting or an internal corporate strategy role.

  • Experience assessing options and feasibility, including strategic alignment, costs, benefits, risks and investment trade-offs.
  • Ability to translate recommendations into practical workstreams, support execution, and monitor progress against strategic objectives.
  • Experience developing appropriate measures, reporting and insights to support decision-making and track outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across functions and external groups.
  • Experience within payments, financial services or other highly regulated environments will be highly regarded but is not essential.
