Growth Strategy Lead

About The Role 🤔 :

Immutable helps games launch, grow and monetise. We’re hiring a Growth Strategy Lead to design and build the system that generates our commercial pipeline. You’ll define how Immutable identifies, engages and converts the studios we most want to work with, and you’ll own that system in full: the strategy, the processes, the tooling and the results.

Reporting directly to the CEO and Co-Founder, you'll prioritise the motion that turns market interest into commercial opportunity. Setting the criteria for which accounts and conversations deserve our focus, building the playbooks for how we engage them and handle objections, and designing a handoff process that gives our Growth and Commercial teams the context they need to move quickly. Whilst also ensuring every stage so we know what’s working and where to invest next.

You’ll also build our outbound strategy. That means defining target segments and positioning, then building the AI-driven workflows and automation that run it at scale. The aim is a repeatable channel whose output grows faster than the resources behind it.

Alongside this, you’ll shape how Immutable shows up across leadership and commercial channels. You’ll test messaging, use what you learn from the market to sharpen our positioning, and raise the standard of follow-up across the business.

Success in this role is measured by the quality and volume of pipeline the system produces, and by how well it scales as Immutable grows.
