Role overview

We re looking for a senior Program Manager to lead data initiatives and own the business outcomes behind them. You ll communicate progress, risks, and results to senior stakeholders while driving day-to-day execution across teams to deliver those outcomes.

What you ll do

• Own delivery of multi-team data programs, from planning through execution and results, and report business outcomes to senior leaders.
• Manage plans, dependencies, and risks across engineering, data, and business teams.
• Identify conflicting priorities early, drive clear trade-off decisions, and escalate with a recommendation.
• Keep teams accountable day to day. Track milestones, budget, and resourcing, and course-correct quickly.
• Translate business goals into delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with data engineering, product, and business owners on platform, pipeline, governance, and analytics initiatives.

What you bring

• 10+ years of program or project management experience, with a strong track record of leading data initiatives end to end.
• Hands-on data experience, with depth in data platforms, pipelines, data quality, governance, or analytics. You can discuss architecture and challenge technical estimates.
• Experience communicating progress, risks, and results to senior stakeholders and executives.
• Financial services experience. Experience in asset management or at a top asset management firm.
• Strong judgment, clear communication, and comfort operating with ambiguity.
• Help evaluate practical uses of AI and automation that improve data investigation, reporting, and product delivery.
