Job description

Source and qualify candidates for Horace Mann's network of captive 1099 agents. Build talent pipelines, conduct outreach and screening, coordinate interviews with field leaders, manage candidates through offer acceptance and appointment, and track recruiting activity and outcomes. This is a fully remote role with periodic business travel.

Responsibilities

Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, job boards, referrals, and other platforms.
Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and qualification for the agent opportunity.
Manage candidates through the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer acceptance and appointment.
Coordinate with field leaders and partner recruiters throughout interviews and selection.
Maintain candidate records and track recruiting activity, pipeline metrics, and hiring outcomes.
Meet weekly candidate engagement and annual agent appointment goals.
