Job Description

Beta Hunt is on the lookout for an experienced Site Administrator to join our Southern Operations team

Key Points

The ROLE
  • Manage site rosters and workforce scheduling
  • Maintain compliant personnel and operational records
  • Mobilise employees, including site clearance and training compliance
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation logistics
  • Manage travel documentation and records across multiple systems
  • Act as the key liaison between site personnel, management, and offices
  • Support payroll accuracy for FIFO rosters and overtime
  • Prepare workforce, accommodation, and operational reports
  • Maintain data confidentiality and integrity
  • Perform general administrative duties as required
WHAT DO I NEED
  • Demonstrated experience as a Site Administrator within surface or underground mining
  • INX Software experience essential (InFlight & InTuition)
  • Proficient Microsoft office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel)
  • Pronto Software experience
  • Proven ability to improve systems and streamline processes
  • Confidence working independently and managing shifting priorities
  • C Class Manual Driver's license
