As Manager, Software Engineering at Mastercard in Financial Services within the Information Technology (IT) & Digital Solutions department, you will lead high-performing teams building secure, scalable applications that power global businesses. You will define technical strategy, drive Agile delivery, and ensure engineering excellence across the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor software engineering teams delivering financial services solutions
- Collaborate with IT & Digital Solutions to define architecture and technical strategy
- Drive end-to-end delivery of secure, scalable applications on schedule and budget
- Ensure code quality, testing, and compliance with industry and Mastercard standards
- Partner with product owners to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps
- Promote Agile best practices, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
- Hire, develop, and performance-manage engineering talent
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with security, infrastructure, and data teams on solution design
- Report on delivery status, risks, and KPIs to senior leadership
