AEM Developer

Position: AEM Tech Lead /Developer
Location: Irvine, CA
Duration: 12 Months | W2 Only

Job Description:

• Lead a team of 8–12 AEM developers and own technical delivery.
• Design and implement large-scale AEM solutions; provide technical direction and code reviews.
• Develop custom AEM components, OSGi bundles, workflows, and integrations.
• Handle unit testing, performance optimization, NFRs, estimations, and technical best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, clients, stakeholders, and product teams.
• Support content migration, REST/SOAP integrations, and API development.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years hands-on AEM experience.
• 2+ full lifecycle implementations using AEM 6.x (6.3+).
• Strong experience with AEM, Java/J2EE, OSGi, Sling, JSP, Sightly/HTL, JCR.
• Experience with AEM workflows, user management, I18N, personalization, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of Adobe Launch/Analytics, headless/non-headless e-commerce integrations, and Agile.
• Strong leadership, communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills.
