Marketing Executive – Asset Management / Financial Services

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join a well-established and growing financial services business specialising in the distribution and marketing of investment products for leading asset managers.

Working within a dynamic Marketing & Events team, you will play an important role in delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns, creating engaging content and supporting a programme of client and fund manager events.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional looking to develop their career within the asset management industry, gaining exposure to a broad range of investment products, marketing initiatives and professional intermediary audiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, create and deliver email marketing campaigns, monitoring performance and optimising open and click-through rates.
2. Write and edit engaging marketing content across websites, email campaigns, social media and promotional materials.
3. Maintain and update client presentations and fund factsheets, ensuring performance data and commentary are accurate and delivered to deadlines.
4. Support the planning, promotion and delivery of fund manager events, including invitations, social media campaigns and attendee communications.
5. Work closely with compliance to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory and internal approval requirements.
6. Liaise with investment managers, clients and internal stakeholders to coordinate marketing activity and deliver projects on time.
7. Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness.
8. Provide wider support across marketing and events projects as required.

Candidate Requirements

1. Previous marketing experience, ideally within financial services, asset management or investment management.
2. Strong written communication, content creation and copywriting skills.
3. Experience with email marketing campaigns and digital marketing channels.
4. Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
5. Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
7. A genuine interest in financial markets and the investment management industry.
8. Exposure to event management and virtual event platforms would be advantageous.
