Senior Salesforce Product Manager Healthcare

6-month Contract-to-Hire | 100% Remote | Virtual Interview

Location requirement: Candidate must be in the EST time zone.

Required Experience

• 8+ years of Product Management, Product Strategy, or related experience.

• Strong healthcare payer experience, specifically health insurance claims.

• Hands-on product experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.

• Mandatory Salesforce certification: Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Business Analyst.

• Experience starting a brand-new project from Step 1 and building the product from scratch.

• Must have experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmap, analytics, and working with other Product Managers.

• Experience integrating with other claims systems and understanding end-to-end claims workflows.

• Knowledge of Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare claims is valuable.

• Strong Agile/Scrum/SAFe, stakeholder management, requirements gathering, and roadmap execution skills.
