Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for a Programmer (Salesforce) to support Salesforce application development, platform configuration, enhancement, maintenance, deployment, and production support activities. The successful candidate will develop scalable Salesforce solutions, collaborate with technical and business teams, and provide leadership and guidance in the design and implementation of Salesforce-based applications.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, and custom settings.
• Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce functionality and support applications.
• Perform application development, including Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.
• Identify and gather requirements, translating them into scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
• Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
• Create a platform roadmap and define priorities while liaising with stakeholders.
• Perform proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer activities.
• Support DevOps and release management activities.
• Assist with requirements gathering, design, and development.
• Create test cases and test scripts for unit testing.
• Perform production support for IT systems.
• Lead focused discussions on technical topics.
• Lead and guide junior developers.
• Read and create technical system documentation.
• Communicate and collaborate with different sections of IT and business areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience as a programmer required.
• Experience with Salesforce development using Lightning Components required.
• Experience with Apex coding and Flow required.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, and custom settings required.
• DevOps and release management experience required.

• 4-year degree highly desired.
• Salesforce Administrator experience highly desired.
• OmniStudio experience highly desired.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Solutions highly desired.
• Gearset experience highly desired.
• OwnBackup experience highly desired.
