Job Description

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of systems supporting an automotive OEM’s service-parts supply chain. This role requires a strong combination of product management, enterprise systems, and automotive aftersales experience.
The ideal candidate understands how service parts move from demand forecasting and replenishment through ordering, allocation, distribution, invoicing, warranty returns, and claims.

Key Responsibilities
Own the product strategy and roadmap for service-parts supply chain systems.
Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, priorities, and release plans.
Improve service-parts forecasting, replenishment, inventory availability, ordering, allocation, backorders, and fulfillment.
Support parts-master processes, including supersession, VIN applicability, pricing, and lifecycle changes.
Drive system capabilities related to invoicing, warranty parts returns, claims, and reverse logistics.
Lead integrations across SAP/ERP, WMS, DMS, PLM, and service platforms such as Salesforce.
Manage the product backlog and partner with engineering teams throughout the software-development lifecycle.
Collaborate with service operations, supply chain, logistics, finance, warranty, IT, and distribution teams.
Define success metrics, manage rollout activities, and drive user adoption and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications
8+ years of product management or business-systems product ownership experience.
5+ years of experience working across the software-development lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of automotive OEM service parts, aftersales, or service supply-chain processes.
Hands-on experience with SAP or another enterprise ERP platform.
Experience integrating ERP with WMS, DMS, PLM, TMS, or service-management systems.
Proven ability to develop product roadmaps, write requirements and user stories, manage backlogs, and deliver enterprise-system implementations.
Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional communication skills.

This is a product and systems leadership role—not a commodity buying, procurement operations, or warehouse-management position.
