Join Our Laboratory Team

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Laboratory team in a full-time role.

With the 2026 Vintage season fast approaching, we're looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Vintage Laboratory Assistants to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands on experience in the wine industry, whether you're new to the field or looking to build on existing skills.

  • Location: Loxton, Riverland
  • Start Date: Mid January 2026
  • Duration: weeks (seasonal role)
What You'll Do

In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of laboratory functions, including:

  • Conducting laboratory sampling, testing, and analysis.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Operating key laboratory equipment.
  • General laboratory housekeeping duties.
What We're Looking For
  • Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
  • Motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Team player who can also work independently.
  • Shift-based availability across a rotating 3 shift roster (additional hours may be required).

No experience? No problem! We provide full training, so previous cellar or warehouse experience is not required.

  • Full working rights (Visa holders welcome; valid until end of April 2026).
  • Ability to follow instructions from Supervisors and Managers.
  • Adherence to Safe Operating Procedures (SOPs) and completion of all documentation accurately.
