Job: Oracle Fusion Quote-to-Cash Operations Analyst (Pricing, CPQ and Subscriptions)

Duration: 6 - 9 months Potential Contract to Hire/Temp. to Permanent (Strong Option to Extend)

Location: Austin, TX 78753 OR Eden Prairie, MN 55344 (2-4 days Remote/Work from home weekly! 1-3 days onsite weekly.)

****Travel and fieldwork, including international travel may be required. Therefore, employee must possess, or be able to acquire a valid passport. (minimal, 5-10% possible)

Top Skills-Must Haves:

  • ERP implementation/deployment experience
  • Oracle Pricing / CPQ Oracle Advanced Pricing (EBS) hands-on experience
  • End-to-end QTC/OTC process knowledge
  • Testing, validation, and troubleshooting experience
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running

Role Overview:

  • Reports to the lead of the global pricing team and serves as the lead for the Lead-to-Order workstream within the company's Oracle Fusion transformation initiative.
  • Day-to-day pricing responsibilities and the broader ERP transformation effort.
  • Transitions from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion.
  • Need someone with an end-to-end business mindset, noting that many organizational challenges arise when teams operate in silos.
  • To address this need, seeking a specialist for a newly defined "Quote-to-Cash Operations Analyst" role to support testing, validation, data migration, and process optimization across the Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash functions.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle pricing systems, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Fusion, and ERP implementation projects, particularly involving system testing, validation, and deployment.
  • Needing someone who can work across functional boundaries, troubleshoot issues independently, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and document and prioritize solutions.
  • The specialist will be expected to support pricing, quoting, subscriptions, and Quote-to-Cash processes while partnering with Oracle consultants and business stakeholders throughout the implementation.
  • Ideally deep Oracle Fusion experience, but broader Oracle ERP and deployment experience would be highly valuable as well.
  • Lead-to-Order (LTO) CPQ Pricing Order Management Subscription Management Revenue Recognition.
