Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Information Security Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Define and maintain enterprise IAM architectures, including role-based access control, service account management, privileged access, and authentication/authorization patterns.
2. Establish and govern infrastructure-as-code standards for IAM configurations, including reusable modules, secure access bindings, and configuration-drift controls.
3. Lead technical design reviews, evaluate exceptions, and collaborate with security, compliance, and engineering teams to maintain security standards.
4. Manage IAM delivery across multiple projects, including prioritization, timelines, dependencies, and coordination of technical teams.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	7+ years of experience in enterprise identity and access management, including 6–9 years of advanced experience designing, implementing, and governing IAM solutions.
Technical Skills	Identity & Access Management (IAM), Enterprise Identity, RBAC, Privileged Access Management, Authentication & Authorization, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Terraform, Cloud Identity & Security
Business / Domain Skills	Identity Governance, Security Compliance, Access Governance, Risk Management, Security Operations, Technical Leadership
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience leading IAM architecture and delivery across multiple engineering teams.
2. Experience establishing enterprise security standards, reference architectures, and governance processes.
3. Strong experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code governance.
