Job Title: Data Center Engineer / Data Center Operations Engineer
Location: Lithia Springs, GA
Work Arrangement: Remote/Hybrid may be considered; candidate must be within approximately 45 minutes of Lithia Springs, GA

Interview Process
Phone Interview – Discussion with the Hiring Manager.
Onsite Interview – Meet the team and tour the environment.
Technical/Scenario-Based Interview – Data center troubleshooting, networking, and infrastructure problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day enterprise data center operations and infrastructure.
Troubleshoot networking, hardware, power, and infrastructure issues independently.
Support Cisco networking equipment and data center environments.
Collaborate with Network, Infrastructure, and Operations teams.
Support data center migrations, refreshes, Disaster Recovery, and modernization projects.
Provide technical guidance and clearly communicate issues and solutions.
Occasional travel to remote facilities may be required.

Required Skills
Hands-on Data Center experience.
Strong networking fundamentals and Cisco experience.
Infrastructure and network troubleshooting experience.
Enterprise hardware/networking experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
