Travel Requirements:
As a remote-first organization headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, Kobie values meaningful in-person connection and collaboration that strengthens our teams, supports our clients, and enhances our culture. While travel requirements vary by role, periodic travel may be required to support business objectives, team collaboration, customer engagements, training, and company events. Candidates should be able and willing to travel as needed to fulfill the responsibilities of the role.

About the team and what we'll build together

The GTM Enablement team equips Business Development, Client Services, and Marketing with the tools, content, and training they need to position Kobie's products clearly and win in a competitive loyalty and martech landscape. We build the durable assets that make selling repeatable, and we turn around the deal-specific materials that help our teams move fast when it counts. Everything we produce is aimed at one thing: making it easier for customer-facing teams to tell a differentiated Kobie story.

As a Sr. Sales Enablement Associate, you will work in two modes. Reactively, you will support active deals by producing sales artifacts on demand, from RFP responses to pitch content to demo support, always in partnership with Business Development, who own the win. Proactively, you will build the enablement engine itself: playbooks, battlecards, training, and the content library that keeps it all organized and current. This role reports into Kobie's GTM Enablement team and has no direct reports. It is a hands-on execution role for someone with strong systems thinking who believes in progress over perfection, leaves every asset better than they found it, and wants to grow their impact as the function scales.
