Responsibilities:

Concrete frame, steel frame, medium to high-rise design and existing structures, working across sectors such as residential, commercial, refurbishment and industrial.<br />Using software to assist with calculations and structural design such as MasterSeries, SCIA, or Strand7.<br />You will be preparing, detailing and reviewing drawings, supervising CAD Technicians in the preparation of these drawings.<br />Assisting in the preparation of design quotes, writing reports and technical specifications.<br />Supervising, mentoring and checking work for Graduates, Engineers and Technicians.<br />You will be working collaboratively with Engineers in other disciplines such as geotechnical and civil/infrastructure design.<br />Attending client and project meetings to build relationships and discuss their needs, requirements and any design issues.<br />Skills and

Qualifications:

Bachelor or master’s degree in civil/structural Engineering (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience. You could be Chartered or working towards chartered status with ICE or IStructE.<br />You will have hands-on design experience and the ability to work on multiple projects at one time.<br />Excellent written and verbal communication skills
